Football Observer
The football observer , one of the main tasks of the technical area. It can be done directly on the fields or data platforms. The analysis of an observer is the basis of the team development, both from a strictly football and financial point of view. His job is to discover new talents and to point out players who can be essential for a manager and the team's playing needs and to create economic gains in the trading of players.
Who we are
We are a company that operates at 360 ° in the world of Italian scouting, with a capillary network throughout the national territory. Our Intermediaries are in some European countries, France, Germany, Spain and we monitor through Instat Scout the rest of the countries in the world.
Formation
We formed our own scouts letting them graduate at the University of Football, in the offices of Rome and Milan, through the teaching of the best Italian teachers in the sector. From Maurizio Micheli Scouting leader of Napoli Calcio, to technicians such as Serse Cosmi, Stefano Colantuono and Giuseppe Giannini, to agets such as Alessandro Canovi (Thiago Motta) and Oscar Damiani. They learned the Match Analisys from its inventor Adriano Bacconi and Enrico Billy Allavena, match analyst for Simone Inzaghi e Maurizio Sarri. They have been prepared in Communication, thanks to the help of teachers such as Mario Sconcerti, Paolo Condò, Gianluca di Marzio, Fabio Caressa, Ivan Zazzaroni and Xavier Jacobelli. They have been teached in Sports Law, in regulations of sports power of attorney and marketing and management.
Mission & Vision
Our scouting networkworks with traditional methods, direct observation in the fields and through Instant Scout, the digital platform to which we are linked for international football observation. Our way of doing scouting is therefore based on two different methods and the interaction between them. 360° vision of a player, personal interviews with the athlete, the coach and the parents and a study through archive images, algorithms and statistics in order to have a customized report and database. Thanks to this type of methodology we are able to have a direct and in-depth knowledge of the players we intend to monitor. Once the players have been chosen, through the network of clubs, affiliates and sports agents, we propose the players in various categories according to their age.

Professional
Scouts and observers of the Global Soccer Group, under the direction of Canovi and Damiani, pay great attention to the National and International professional championships. In Italy, from Lega Pro to Serie A, our experts cover all the national territory, in order to find talented profiles in the highest levels of our football. For foreign professional championships, the company's experts organize work and study of athletes through the InStat platform.
Amateurs
Soccer Global Group also pays great attention to all national championships organized by the National Amateur League. Scouts and observers of the company, through careful on-site study, aim to find interesting profiles whose talent and interests will be developed through time.
